i have taked down all mirrors in my appartment to not see how i look, i havent opened selfie camera a single time in the last 2 years, when i walk past some surface that has reflection i try to walk past it fast and not to look at it

No, not normal. It is possible you BDD. But it is much more probable you are just ugly.
