Your transit time is slow which is why everything is taking so long to pass through your body. A healthy person ideally has a bowel movement once every day. Probably better off asking A.I about slow transit time and symptoms and how to resolve it because jewish doctors will say it's fine. I shit once a day in the morning and feel great after, i don't know how you guys go so many days and don't feel like total shit, if i miss a day i feel horrible the entire day.
