Is it normal that my height is different when I’m standing compared to lying down?

I have a slight slouch and pelvic tilt, but when I straighten my body to its fullest none of those problems are apparent

my standing height has been the same for the past 3 years 173cm, but my lying down length is 176cm, ive had other people measure me and its been consistent every time

also Iam not morbidly obese so my spine isnt compressing too much whenever I stand
