is it normal that when i mew my hyoid is not perfectly up

like i can see it little and it makes my jaw less visible what can i do i did chin tucks neck curls it dont works but i want it to be perfectly up should i continue chin tucks i didnt do that months or it can only surgery to improve its not fully up

Yes this is expected you cannot fully hide it depending on your genetics, you can keep doing chintucks if you believe it works but the bone and tissue sets a cap on what you can do without surgery
