Is it normal to have a hard time staying hard after you catch feelings for a hookup?

Now that emotions are involved I am unable to perform, I fucked her for maybe 2mins then went limp. This has happened the last 3 times in a row we've tried to have sex. She's my gf now and I don't wanna ruin things all because I couldn't fuck out of nervousness.

Anyone have any solutions? I told her maybe if I take her on a couple dates and we get used to seeing each other in a romantic way I will be able to perform, I just think there's too many emotions involved especially on my end cuz I think about her 24/7
