Is it normal to have like 5 massive back pimples

I'm not on roids btw. I checks and I have like 5 massive back pimples and one of them low-key hurts a lot

nah it’s not normal I get them if I don’t shower for a while try bathing.
Also if ur hair is oily it can cause shoulder or back acne.
Back acne scars pretty bad since it’s deeper in the skin normally so try getting rid of it as quick as possible
