Is it normal to have two voices in my head arguing I before sleep at night and when I wake up in the morning

One voice is a male and the other is a female

They keep arguing about how my life is
They criticise calling me lazy and stuff
They demotivate me

They are awful I want this to stop

I know when I sleep they going to make fun of me before I sleep because I didn't spend the day properly
