Is it normal to not feel a need for relationships?

Im 16 and id consider myself above average in looks, and I've had interest shown in me by foids but even If I find them attractive, I don't want to be in a relationship with them. Like there is currently a girl that finds me attractive and wants me to make the first moves in her DMS but I just don't feel like it. Im not gay, I have kissed women before, ive just never been in a relationship. Also im on this fucking forum ranting about how I don't want a relationship with FOIDS so I could just be a fucking gay incel.
