I never spent any time worrying about this when I was younger
I was invincible as youngcel
Those days are gone now
I’m constantly in fear, worry, and despair.

Personally i feel tranquil and calm about that. Whenever it reaches me then Alhamdulillah. I don't even want to reach old age, 40 years is good enough if i want to travel enough around the world.

Im thankful that i am this way. It's like sports, some people cant take the last shot or shoot in the penalties while others do not care against anything. There are things and outcomes way worse than death in this world.

What do your thoughts consist of? What is the actual worry, that there is nothing after death?

inevitably, irrevocably

Self-reflection is everything. practically all people are conscious in ordinary life, for me it's brain death

I don't really care about dying at like 70, I'm scared of aging

these thoughts are a result of your past experiences

No, if you want to live a normal, happy and fulfiling life; absolutely not
