control, risk/reward, future, logic and works (goals and dreams in life)

control + risk/reward (maybe logic aswell to weigh the choices) would be my two tools to think on the topic

i control my headspace and my finances, ultimately all supplements are outside controls on my reward system

+ if i do develop a dependence (not addiction but i like it), then I have a constant stream of money flowing towards a feeling of feeling better that i can control in my head, unnecessary risk for low reward

i may as well never experience it in the first place

not saying u should apply this philosophy but thats my personal beliefs

there are guiding things in your life even if they aren't based on morality, such as a will to live
