I guess my face is lean bc my weight is 65kg/143lbs. I eat a lot of shit but can’t gain weight.
I live in Germany but girls here have rly high standards. You are practically invisible below 7 psl. + I have some Russian features bc of my roots and German girls only like Germans or immigrants with black hair.

You must be so young (like 18)! Long gone are the days when oldcels like me and @Thomas DOM could stay chiseled year round and not even have to pay a single thought to it. As to your demeanor you do look a little timid and insecure; like a shy kid hiding in the corner of a room at a banger party or something. But don't worry about that. In your case looks definitely isn't the problem, so I think it's really just a matter of putting yourself out there. Try to make more friends and be seen with them as often as possible. I'd also ditch the energy drink, as it does make you come off as a bit of nerd.
