Reta itself probably isn’t the issue. The caloric deficit it causes definitely is. You don’t want to be in a big calorie deficit during puberty because it could affect your growth.

no point of doing it during puberty it’s very easy to loose and gain weight and fat after a week you’ll be back to where you started just stay in the gym and you’ll be fine
