Is it ok to use lattise in my case(with photos) if I plan to get fat grafts?

As I said in previous posts, I want to get fat grafts and I don't know if I should use lattise for eyelashes and eyebrows included as I already use minoxidil, but the gains weren't enough! I already have eyebags due to lack of fat and I have visible UEE due to lack of fat too! I want to firstly get upper eyelid fat grafts and after a few years for eyebags, but I am scared that lattise will make my UEE even worse than currently and then I will need a lot more fat for surgery, what do you guys think? I saw some people advised to use vaseline to not get lattise on skin, but I will use it on eyebrows so it's impossible for me to not get it on skin jfl!
