Is it ok to use Tretinoin in the summer?

I don’t get much Sun and always use 100 SPF

Yeah just use it before you go to bed and if you get irritation switch to every other night or try a lower concentration.

I use tretinoin every night and still tan. I just wear high quality mineral sunscreen on my face along with a baseball cap. My face is slightly less tan than my neck and body but it’s not very noticeable. At least if your skin tone isn’t super pale

If your skin feels fine then you are fine. If you notice irritation just skip a day, your acne will go away faster if you listen to your skin and not hurt your skin barrier by forcing the tretinoin
