Is it okay to be a fat F and eat a ton at Christmas?

I always eat so clean year round I genuinely just want to eat so much and enjoy good food at Christmas.
But I know I'll feel so guilty afterwards. Is it okay to stuff my face like a pig for maybe 1 or even 2/3 days? Will it make me look really bloated?
