Is it okay to get a septoplasty before Bimax?

A bimax can move your nose.
If you really want to get a sept then get it but theres a chance your nose will shift after the bimax which will mean the sept was a waste of money and will need to be redone.

if you’re going to get maxillary impaction and rotation then I would say pass on the sept until a few months after the bimax. The impaction may actually fuck ur (already fucked septum) up.

Now ur a mouth breather and that’s going to fuck with ur bimax recovery
