Its not necessary. It has no extra effects once you reach max saturation.

Don't be a lazy cunt. Getting and interpreting bloodwork is maybe 2 hours in aggregate.

But you should be fine taking it long-term.

:lul: Retard throwing buzz words.
Isotretinoin reaches steady state i.e., max saturation after one month. Nobody takes isotretinoin for only a month if they are actually treating acne.

He said permanently you retard. And my statement is correct, it is NOT necessary to take it perma. Forever and for a year is not the same. Thats why I said max saturation cuz that takes about 4-12 months depending on how much ur taking and ur weight.

If you had cared to read what I wrote, it takes 30 days to reach what you call "max saturation", not 4-12 months.
Regardless, people take isotretinoin for longer than 4 to 12 months often.
So either way, you are wrong and an idiot.

Obviously, it is not necessary. That doesn't answer the question. You throw out these sweeping statements acting like you help to answer what OP inquired about but in actuality you're moving like Russell from Bully cunt.

I'll explain it to you because you are genuinely clueless.
The timeframe for iso to reach steady state levels depends on the dose, metabolism, and individual patient factors. Sure, in some cases, plasma levels stabilize around a month, but that does NOT mean the skin, sebaceous glands, and overall therapeutic effects peak at 30 days :lul:. That’s just not how pharmacokinetics works.

Second, the standard course of isotretinoin is usually 4 to 6 months sometimes longer, sure, but most cases resolve within that timeframe not longer. The point isn’t just "taking it for a long time"; the key factor is cumulative dosing (typically around 120-150 mg/kg total). If you don’t hit that, you can reverse the positive effects.

So no, it’s not just about "taking it longer." It’s about how much you take over time. If you had cared to actually understand iso treatment rather than spewing nonsense, you’d know this. But hey, reading comprehension isn’t for everyone, I guess.

Yes, thank you for reiterating what I literally just said. You were wrong in saying that isotretinoin has no effect once it reaches max saturation. I said nothing remotely close to the benefits of isotretinoin ceasing to exist beyond 30 days, unless you wrongly* interpret what I mentioned about steady state to be synonymous. Again, in either case you are a retard as established.

Not at all relevant to the conversation again. Good job throwing sweeping statements? I never said otherwise.
