5-10 mg daily

tretinoin is better for anti-aging.

the above 5-10 is wrong, it depends on body weight. generally 20mg eod was given in a trial against 0.05% tret - found equal results at the end, both had sides.

i'm not adverse to iso but it generally purges you - tret makes your skin peel to sh1t. both have to be used cautiously. i'd only run tret 1x a week lightly with moisturizer, and slowly up to 2x a week.

iso could be 10 eod, 20 eod, but it depends on your body size. in general, unless you have acne i'd just go tret.

i don't know if it's same as tret, but lower doses didn't do much for me in terms of texture change so i would go for atleast 10 for some time and then if you notice changes and ''purge'' atleast you know it's working, so push through it and then you can maintain at 5mg

Been on 10mg for about a month now very good my texture has definitely improved I’m going to switch to EOD. Already have very clear skin and have tazarotene. I am choosing isotreet for the nose slimming lol and pore shrinking cuz I have fat pores that you can see visibly

you can use prescription strength azeleic acid for reducing pores, isotret is overkill for that

You’re right it’s just easy. And it’s nice to not have to worry about getting acne regardless of what I eat or do. Coming from someone who suffered from horrible acne and fixed it without accutane

i wouldnt take accutane life long at all it dosnt produce nearly as much collagen as topicals do and its real risky for liver.
just do tret or ghk-cu

I’m pairing it with ghk, I was on Tret for a while I think I’ve seen more changes personally on this low dose of iso.

I would do tret and ghk-cu, accutane has tons of random side effects, not worth it since ur doing it long term for anti aging, just start low 0.025% then go up as ur skin adapts

yeah honestly i switched from topical to 10mg accutane better results then anything, but i would say iso wont do anything for anti aging

There are tons of studies of the efficacy of low dose iso for anti aging, it’s very effective. It just takes much more time for the results to be seen however they are systemic which is much better. Along with this things like sebaceous production will eventually permanently be lowered significantly which is nice if you ever want to come off the med and switch to topical or something else

theres few clincal studies on low dose iso having anti aging affects and which showed very few improvement and modest collagen and skin markers improvements. tret has always been the gold standard for anti aging with the strongest clincial data
