Is it okay to use tretinoin topical and hydroquinone 4% while on accutane (isotretinoin)?

I mean in the sense if you gonna get retinosis or not? Nah you’ll be fine but if you question if it makes sense or no then the answer is that it doesn’t. Accutane is oral tretinoin basically, stacking them only gonna make you lose your skinbarrier and have shit skin. Stick to accutane and you can do tret after but doing both at the same time is a looksmin

No personal experience with it but its irritating the skin aswell, fucking up your skin barrier might cause more harm than help so just keep mousturizing + spf and you have plenty of time to do whatever you want after being a month off accutane
