Beats putting that kind of strain on your vertebrae that neck bridges do. They build muscle for sure, look at Mike Tyson, but he also says they have fucked his neck up and given him pain.

Wrong, front is enough for width. Side is redundant since it works the same muscles as front. Back is only useful is you care about "balace "

when i was neckmaxxing at my peak I would do 5 sets everyday but it was high reps/low weight I'm unsure abt this idea tho
