Reta would be amazing and if you can purchase it consider hopping on lemon bottle. Your eyebrow ridge is decent but definitely work on your zygos which is not ideal and the mandible, mainly the gonians you should def bonesmash them because they are inward. However you chin protection is ideal and you'll be right as you lose fat with the help of reta, once your bones reveal make a post again so I can see how good your ramus and gonial angle is.
