I'd say:

- Lose weight (you're already doing that, good job)

- Dye the brows a couple shades darker than your hair to improve contrast

- Dye the lashes jet-black to improve contrast

- Train your neck until it's as wide as your jaw to increase dimorphism

- Look into tanning (you've got good coloring potential). Melanotan or tanning drops if you're not willing to pin.

Not over g, you got this. Also ur hair looks pretty cool.

not over until you say it's over, dye your brows black, use minoxidil for growth, shape them to have a positive tilt, you can even dye your eyelashes, lose weight, lean out and keep a proper diet, move and just stay hydrated, good diet + moving around + hydration + being lean will make your face look OBVIOUSLY ten times better, train masseter muscle (chew on your premoral teeth, eat hard whole foods or just chew gum a lot) and be consistent, consistency is key, don't give up no matter what, cop some vaseline for the lips and make sure to brush them with a wet toothbrush before going out and well i can't give you much info because you have so much fat in your face i can't tell shit properly, just lose weight and stop eating goyslop
