So last couple of months I've been bloodpressuremaxxing due to the fact that caffeine made my heart race like crazy. As a result, I often hit scores in the likes of 123sys/78diastolic pressure. While I think my readings, along with my impressive heartrate PR of 59, is pretty good, my friends call this a normie reading and say that they often reach heartrates of 40 (I call cope). One of my friends said he even reached 100/50 on bp but I honestly think he's frauding. Chads, is it over for people with a bp above 110/50 or is this just a myth.
