Is it over for me? (16, 5'10)

I recently turned 16 and im 5'10. I know i have bad skin, I have a skincare routine with tretinoin but it barely helped in the 2 months I've used it. What can I do besides hardmaxxing to improve my looks?

My right eyelid is swollen rn, so don't mind it too much. Also just came out the shower
