Im 14 and have been in the "looksmaxxing" community (more just tiktok shit like mewing) for about 2 years and just discovered these forums about a year ago and made an account recently. I think im an ltn or maybe even lower, is it really over for me and what can i do to ascend if possible?Please feel free to be as harsh as you want i want to stop coping and frauding, im a chopped lanklet with a shitty haircut a horse face and i just want to stop the pain of being so ugly. Your 14 bro you have plenty of time. Just dial in on your diet (no sugar. Try to eat whole foods only) Chin tucks, neck curls and just go to the gym. Basics for now really.

im quite skinny actaully i think im just really bloated, any ways to fix this because sodium detox, more potassium, and low sugar hasnt really helped that much

i feel alot of my fat goes to my face instead of my body, is their anyway to burn fat their without suplements because ive been steadily getting a lower bodyfat?

it will just happen with age.


In my experience it happened to me while on a bulk, however I'm sure that was just puberty doing its thing with fat redistribution or whatever.

dont take it as an insult bro, take it in as something positive. realize that i just saved u more time than u could have spent wasting away on shit that doesnt even work. sure its not something u want to hear, but its in a way that can be good if you actually apply it.
