shit pic tbh ngl but from what i see u have a significantly shit frame, if it looks like that when you're fat i can't imagine it when you're lean
just eat primal diet for overall health and leanmaxxing, throw all hair products in the trash never get a haircut etc, get a proper beard and stop shaving it like a muslim, facial hair looks good on you but the style rn is awful
(my frame actually grew from eating raw meat btw so its very worth it)
