I’m basically a gymcel, I have terrible forward growth and my hyoid is awful. I recently lost a lot of weight and I’m trying to recover and I’ve gotten pretty muscular. I’m kind of a short dude. (I’m 5’8 and I’m 16) Is there anything I can do to stop being so ugly?

I’m currently taking Reta after I lost about 75 ish pounds and it’s been helping a lot but I’m still so unsatisfied with the way I look. It’s become hard to look in the mirror.
