We rated that guy a true 3, no chance to ascend from it. OP is around the same range but has some room for improvement. A 4-5 definitely sound reasonable

With 1 genioplasty surgery and losing the weight you could easily get a black girlfriend, or some overweight white girls.

The hair is also a must change those braids are too long and the ones in the back look bad.

Being lean is a must, if you aren't lean then nothing else matters. First get lean and then reward yourself with genioplasty.


Coping with food can make you happy though, at least you have that and anime too from your shirt. I have no copes unfortunately.

I just wouldn't touch the upper jaw as it seems fine. Moving the upper jaw would result in the aforementioned chimp mouth. His lower jaw seems giga-screwed though. As you suggested CCW rotation or genioplasty would probably be the best options here

How tall are you? How much do you weight?

Shave off that horrible facial hair and get on minoxodil so you can grow properly thick facial hair

MTN is a very generous rate, thin peanut head leaving a rather large upper third that only thins out as it goes down, one of the worst orbital areas I've ever seen that isn't suffering from some sort of defect(literally their only positive is that the IPD is okay and eyebrow shape is okay), worst UEE, droopy sides, dark eyes, eyebrows are super faint and high set, speaking of brow ridge it lacks so little forward growth that it leaves the eyes underneath more exposed making the UEE even worse, goofy looking shrek ears, lips look really puckered caused by their awfully recessed jaw area

He can maybe get bimax but his gains will probably be as minimal as this guy's. I quite frankly see no possible way he can ascend from being a LTN. Dude's lucky he's black since PSL is a bit less important to them and they ride more on body halo's because he would be an absolute subhuman as any other race
