Lower third selling you, nose too wide and gonial width too narrow. First lean down, get a proper haircut, if leaning down didn’t help with the nose width then try accutane, tretinoin, or hydrocortisone. Mt1 or just tan naturally, see if masseter hypertrophy could give the illusion of a wider jaw. Train ur neck and overall just gymnaxx.
