you should stop eating any goyslop if you are and start eating hard foods mostly meats. Also, in the picture one side of your face is uneven looks to be your right-side start chewing more on that side. also, if you can't get rid of your acne go to a doctor and get a routine with good moisturizer. Grow out your hair to help hide your ears. And if you can drink raw dairy or a2/a2 low heat pasteurized milk + tons of sunlight this of course will take time could take a year or two and may only be mtn but hope it helps.
