I've been a fat fuck for my entire life literally fucked my teenage years by not taking care of myself and letting myself become even fatter. But finally, around a year ago, I decided to unfuck my body by doing the keto diet and fasting for long hours. It worked really well for me maybe even too well. I went from 114 kg, lesbian looking subhuman, to 80 kg, lesbian looking LTN in like 6 weeks! I quit starving myself and decided to eat more in the fear of letting myself became fat again I started doing plenty of cardio throughout the day (20–30 km) to compinsate that now.
I sit at 68 kg right now this is the thinnest I’ve ever been, the same weight I was at 12 years old, I am currently really happy with all of that but there is a small problem that is driving me insane my face still looks a bit bloated my wide chin is making it worse. I’ve been trying to get hollow cheeks since I started my weight loss. Should I still lose more weight? Should I get buccal fat removal, or is it just loose skin that’s fucking up my face? If it is, is it still possible to get hollow cheeks without surgery, or am I cooked?
