Put on more mass but not too much foods prefer appealing medium mass physiques, you need to test maxx as you still have a baby face, keep the hair but grow out the sides and make it so the sides don’t look like a mushroom. And I can’t really tell by the pic but it doesn’t appear to be a recessed maxilla. Anyways most important is just testmax
