I have a skin condition called congenital ichthyosis, it causes my skin to be red and dry. No matter what I do I still have wrinkly hands and my face always looks sunburned. Is it over for me?

Is it over? Saw a couple images, and it ranges from "absolutely horrifying, I would kill myself if I were that dude" to "yeah. it doesn't look horrible".

If your case is on the milder side, you won't have the clear and even skin halo, but if your face and height is good enough you can compensate. It's never truly over, because you always have a chance of making up with a shortcoming in area, with another.
