Is it over? I’m a 14M and I only found out after I diabolically cut that it lowers testosterone. How do I ensure my T goes back to its level prior this cut. Also is lean bulking a good idea?
 
Maintain around 12-15% body fat while training 3-4x a week, sleeping 7-9 hour EVERY day, and then hitting nutrition goals. Don’t listen to carnivore bs, and mark me as solution
