Definitely not over because it looks like you started puberty late so there’s still hope just eat a really good diet during puberty grow hair out and maybe get ears pinned back not necessary tho ears are barely sticking out go gym and eat high protein 1.6g per kg now mark as solution by clicking the tick below my text please
