I’m 14 and I have a recessed everything with a hella narrow lower third and I’m short asf 5’6 but I didn’t start my growth spurt yet so hopefully I’ll grow to a respectable height, I have a good frame but barely any muscle. Rate, how can I ascend, and is it over for me

It's not over, not at all. You said you haven't even started your growth spurt. You're gonna probably have forward growth gains and your lower third will widen. You're okay, dude, you look good already. But your lower third *is* pretty narrow and recessed. I say give it some thought and then you can look at orthodontics, but I don't know that it'll be necessary in your case.
