not really but , i think that you have a crooked c nose , for the hair grow some fringe to cover your forehead and try to have less hair on the sides , and i don't know if its the lighting but your skin looks unhealthy / pale try to exercise to get blood going up to your head or let your skin breath and have some time outside .

No you were set to be good looking but clearly had nerd posture, stupid tongue positioning and mouth breathed as you were growing up.

Hence the terrible lower face and good upper face. The higher body fat just makes it look worse.

Your lower face is almost all environmental, even if different genetics have different potential.

You are still 17 so you have an 8 year window of opportunity roughly give or take to hard mew and work with better neck posture and see what amendments you can make. Even past 25 you can make adjustments tolower facial bones but it becomes harder and the differences you can make more minimal. Our bones are constantly changing and evolving throughout our lives.

Mew, chew, gym, play sport, find a good skin care routine that suits your face and go from there

You're white with sky blue eyes and tall. Unless your hairline starts coming apart your base that you have to work with is decent. Your eyes are good looking but like mine you suffer a lazy eye and also the shape of them aren't the best. Unlike me though your ipd is fine. Really you should be pretty boy maxing.

Your lower tier of your face is the most improvable part of your face. I'm talking in general and really this is your fundamental weakness, so no it is not over.

We need a sideprofile shot too don't you think @Kingkellz? Can't be sure of whether he's downward grown and if so how downward. Suppose its tough with bloat face to discern that tho

I don't know whether they are sky blue or dark green your eyes? But you have a chance to use them for halo affect, if you can build some semblance of a jaw line and lean up the face.

Widen your maxilla with mse so it becopes as wide as your zygomatic arch, (your cheeks are narrowers than your actual bizygimatic arch width due to your narrow maxilla/palate)
do a lefort 1 ccw bimax to get a forward grown philtrum and chin and beautifull lips and lower third.
-buccal fat removal, and muscle max haircut max.
