Is it over for me?

Noticed a couple of white ish hairs today on my shirt while at work. It’s hard to say for sure if they are mine or not because I have a white dog and my laundry goes in with my parents sometimes who have greying hair. I am going to go to a dermatologist asap to have them evaluate my scalp and determine for me. I’m only 20 if I really am beginning to grey how much of a hindrance will it be to my looks and what kind of timeline can I expect.

There are many causes for greying hair such as b 12 deficiencies, thyroid problems, stress, etc.

Unless you are somehow genetically predisposed to grey at 20 which is unlikely you need to identify the root cause asap and fix it since it essentially means you have the deteriorating health of a 60 year old.

It very well may have been just from my dog or smth but my ocd brain started tweaking and I just assumed immediately that I was greying. Will definitely get some bloodwork done asap regardless to be sure I’m good

consult a doctor cuz sometimes its also related to some problem with bloodcells (can also come from factors like genetic inheritance). my friend had the same problem since he was 17 yo.
find a reputed doctor for consultation and get bloodwork done asap.

get it check but also ask around in family when they went grey incase its genetic but could be stress related
