I plan on having a BSSO paired with a Genioplasty and a lefort 1, but I don’t think it’ll ascend me enough to finally be acknowledged by foids. My eye area is too fucked and my lower third is terrible

Add jaw angle implants to the list.
And a rhinoplasty (tip plasty, alar plasty, ANS graft).
And ptosis repair for your eyes.
And a lip lift, focusing on reducing philtrum length.

lurking said that during BSSO/DJS surgeon can rotate the condyles and achieve pushing the gonions outwards. Would't that mog implants?

Late reply but I’m not particularly informed about the details of my bite correction. I have CBCT scans of what my current bite is. They flared my teeth out in order to “fraud” straight teeth if that makes sense
