I'd try to leverage your height and fraud to 5'10 with shoes, you'd be 5 inches "taller" than the average in bangladesh. would softmax brows and lashes with bimatoprost. try hydroquinone or cysteamine cream to remedy hyperpigmentation on your under eyes and eyelids. get laser beard removal if possible

try minoxidil with finasteride for some time if that doesnt work then you need a transplant and sorry bro i dont think your ltn or even mtn but much rather a sub 5 but even then you could probably reach lmtn if you try to fix skin quality and hair and if you do other surguries maybe even lhtn
