Hey! I have been reading about redpill and black pill for a few months now. I am an 18 year old 6’3 230-240 pounds Ethiopian. I’ve never received much attention from females, and I know it’s because of my looks. I have also never put any care into my appreance, and instead chose to focus on school, play games, and just fap my whole life. I want to know what I can do to potentially improve my looks.

As you can see from my pictures, I am a fatcel, blackcel, acnecel, nosecel, haircel, hairlinecel, and probably eyecel. I literally have nothing going for me besides my height.

To improve my looks, I plan to gymmax, mew, chew hard stuff, treat my acne, take care of my hair for once, work on posture, and get a hairstyle that covers my forehead. Do you think doing these things will substantially improve my looks or is it over for me? Please be brutally honest. I’d rather have the truth set me free then suffer the pain of believing lies all my life. Being an incel is better than being a coper or a betabuxx imo. I also don’t think being celibate forever is that bad. Sure it will be lonely and depressing at times, but atleast all my time and money will be for me and me only. I apologize for the long post, but I know your wisdom will be to help a young and confused brother.

Thanks for all the advice guys. From what I’ve seen here the general consensus is that it’s over for me, shit it may not have even began . I will still try to do all the things I mentioned earlier. If it doesn’t work to improve my looks then at least I will be a healthier person.

Honestly speaking, it being over doesn’t sound that terrible. You get to do whatever you want without having to worry about other people dragging you down. I’ve always just wanted to make money, have some chill male friends to hang out with, and play video games. I know it sounds like massive cope, but if I am going to be forever alone I might as well be positive about it. Tbh you seem like a chill guy. Honestly considering your stats I would say you are LTN but you can ascend to MTN with better skin and hair cut and if you leanmax. Unfortunately I don't think it is possible for you to slay or ever be considered above average looking. However, you can still live a decent life if you have a good group of male friends and gain muscle. At 6'3 you will get twice as much respect of someone who is below 6 feet at your looks and once you gain muscle you will be a unit. As far as getting girls goes your best bet is either trying to ltr someone of your looks or below or getting really lucky with a slay of a girl who is just into black guys.

Yeah I would say that's true most of the time. You need to be HTN plus to slay but it is possible for below HTN to have a real relationship if they get lucky with their looksmatch or they date a girl they mog. If you will not date or slay girls worse looking than you it will be hard to find a relationship where she is truly attracted to you, but it is possible.

lose weight and build muscle. your face is 3/10 and it can reach a maximum potential of 5/10. 5/10 face with tall height and good frame and muscular build is enough to put you at 6/10 SMV+. so its definitely not over for you unless you have a bad frame. I suggest losing as much weight as possible and focus on building muscle. losing weight also might clear up your skin as well and give you a better complexion
