my leg ones are not i have schlatter and it kinda hurts sometimes so i assume no?

how do i do that? i was 5'6 at 15 and then i gained 10 cms at 16 and i kinda grew like 2 cms in last year so im not growing anymore? why am i even 5'9 my father got the reccesive genes and hes still tall tf
