I don't have sleep apnea and I don't snore plus I have good stamina.
There are 0 good results with bimax alone unless they get sliding genioplasty on top.
Bimax and BSSO are only needed if you have underbite or overbite, recessed maxilla. I wouldn't say OP's maxilla is recessed, or he has underbite or overbite and I don't have it too. If he gets bimax or any of those meme looksmax surgeries, he will look like a monkey.
Custom sliding genioplasty provides best results, where they cut it almost at the middle of your mandible. Ramieri does that.
