i heard a group of these girls at the mall today and they kept talking super loudly about a guy they know that has perfect curls and how theyre on the brink of suicide because hes getting rid of them. is it over for straight hair?

Perm + good looks = quirky mew look

Perm + ugly or normal = following a new trend or weirdo

Same as always I guess. Although I do swear by longer hair on a lot of white guys if they have a weirder skull shape. Whites in specific look bad with buzz cuts or bald on average more then over races if you have an alien looking one its bad. But it all depends on the person I would say only use it to cover up a flaw if you have a weird forehead get a mullet. Weird head in general get longer hair
