When I was a kid My dad forced me to sleep at 12 - 3 in the afternoon and 8 to 4 at night so I was basically getting 12 hours of sleep everyday it was very strict I was very pissed about it I’m 13 now we moved to a different country and the schedule broke I’m not moving an inch higher to 5,5ft but this kind of schedule makes me feel trapped asl and never wanna make me wanna do it again. it was such a miracle that I’m passed my dad height my grandma is 4,5ft and my grandpa is 5,2ft fuck my genes bro. Idk if I’m an early boomer or not.
