Is it over? I have double jaw surgery coming up and I’m currently trying to get leaner. Any advice on how I can improve?

You will loose weight after the surgery pretty fast. Wait till you can normally eat again before trying to get lean.

thank you for the advice. Is there anything else I can do to look better? Typically if anyone comments on my appearance they compliment my eye are and I feel like I have pretty alright cheekbones
