Is it over if I have dark brown eyes as a white?

Just makes me jealous seeing other white people with colored eyes. I’ve heard of laser depigmentation surgery but apparently it’s very risky? I’ve researched a lot and found basically nothing to change my eye color so maybe there really is nothing I can do

Yes pretty much over im white with brown eyes too its one of my biggest nerf after my philitrum and short nose but I will probably do eye lasser in a couple of years the risk is worth its better than crying Myself to sleep becouse of my eyecolor
