lefort 1 only fixes lower maxilla bro mid maxillary and infraorbital region need fixing in true maxilla recession . also orthodontics maybe but not by alot . true fixing requries lefort 1 + infra orbital and mid maxillary implants

ye i used statistics btw. htn is technically 3 SD above average since each major tier (ltn,mtn,htn) consists of 3 subtiers so moving up one major tier is moving up 3SD.
and 3SD above average is 1 in 740.
