is it over if my growthplates r closed at 17?

I recently went to the endocrinologist and took an x-ray. Turns out my growth plates r almost closed and i cant grow more then an inch anymore. Im 5'7. I already know that i cannot grow anymore after plates r closed, but does it mean i cant change my bones at all or js my height? Im basically saying i acknowledge the fact that i cant get taller but asking if i can still fix everything else?

facial bones grow well into early twenties so you got time bro for ur face. Biacromial widdth (skeletal frame) grows until 25

tbh im not rly insecure abt my height since i can still work on my face to make up for it. Also what can i do to increase my width?
