Is it over if you are already ugly at 20 yo?

Are there people whose looks improve from being ugly in their 20s to being average or good looking relative to people their age obviously when they are older because they age better? does it happen or should I dump all my savings into surgeries now? But then again even if such cases exist 20-30 is all tnat matters so I would probably regret it if it did not try to surgery max right now.

Dump your savings into surgeries. I spent $15k on clothes and car before I was blackpilled and could've spent that on surgeries if I had it now. The $10k that you spend on a surgery will be nothing when you are 30.
